In today’s digital world of information and high technology that we live in, the different time zones do not affect us and we are given the ability to communicate instantly through the electronic means of computer, tablet, mobile etc. wherever we are.

So far we agree, however, at the business level and when it comes to deals, corporate presentations and long-term customer relationships nothing compares to being in person!

That is why corporate travel remains equally important with its planning and organisation requiring resources from the company such as time, people to carry out the process, equipment (computer with internet connection) and others.

In any case, the goal is to reach your destination focused and calm in order to achieve the goal of the trip, without being “burnt out” by the process itself.

The obstacles begin when you start to be “haunted” by similar questions:

Are airline hours convenient? Is the seat I booked business?

How can the transfer from the airport to the hotel take place without waiting and hassle?

Does the hotel meet my specifications for fast wifi ,minimum distance from the conference venue ,room amenities or 24 hour service and more?

Do I have the documents required for the trip? Passport or visa?

Where are all my other documents? The ticket reservation after check in ……..

I guess we all realize that all of this is enough to take up a lot of our time and energy, so we don’t prepare properly for the real reason for the trip!

What if someone “other” could take on this burden and relieve you of this process?

Would you say no?
